Why Action Kung Fu?
Our goal at Action Kung Fu Martial Arts Academy is to provide you and/or your children traditional martial arts training, so that you can achieve your full potential, both as a martial artist and as an individual.
How?
We have exciting classes for both children and adults:
ADULT KUNG FU - ages 13+ - Traditional Southern Praying Mantis Style Kung Fu close combat system for training strength, power and self defense.
SHAOLIN KENPO - ages 7-13+ - A great introduction to martial arts with elements of Kung Fu, Karate and Jujitsu.
LITTLE NINJAS - ages 4-6 - Providing a focus for learning basic life skill prinicples such as discipline that reflect what parents want to instill in their children.
Get RESULTS:
- Increase STRENGTH, POWER and STAMINA that makes you feel great all day.
- Improve Reflexes and Coordination to increase your performance in other physical activities.
- WEIGHT LOSS and cardiovascular ability promotes an improvement in your general health.
- REDUCE STRESS for a longer, healthier life and peace of mind.
- Improve FITNESS to optimize your health
- PROTECT yourself and your loved ones should a threatening situation arise.
- Increase Self-confidence, Self-discipline and a Positive Attitude to help you develop a “can do” attitude in life.
Goals
Our goals include helping you to develop self defense skills, become physically fit and develop each person as a whole.
Because we teach traditional forms of Kung Fu, the focus of the training is not solely martial arts techniques, but on building positive values in our students.
This is most important in our children’s classes, where we realize that we must embody the very same principles that parents are trying to instill in their children.
